Terms and Conditions

Conditions of purchase

The following general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) govern

the remote purchase of products, available via the internet, from

website www.encantofoodandwinexperience.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and

subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”).

The owner and seller of the site is: Family in Music Vacation Experience by Raffaele Pio lo

Russo, with registered office in via Chirurgo Dell'Eba 89, Vieste (FG) VAT number: 12132760013 and

email: encantofoodandwinexperience@gmail.com (now Encanto)

The consumer when accessing the site to make purchases (hereinafter Customer) is required

when sending the order to carefully and meticulously read these Conditions

general information, which you will find available on the site at any time.

Any contract concluded with Encanto, through the site, is governed by these Conditions

General. The language made available to conclude the contract is Italian or English.

The products on sale on the site (hereinafter Product or Products) are shown on dedicated pages, in

which shows their characteristics and prices. The visual representation of the products,

normally corresponds to the photographic image, which has the sole purpose of presenting them to

sale and may not be perfectly representative and may differ in color and

size from the actual product.

In case of discrepancy between photographic image and technical data sheet, the data sheet shall prevail

technique. Prices are expressed in euros.

To purchase the product, the Customer must send the electronic purchase form

following the site instructions; add the products to the cart, view them and

confirm these general conditions and privacy policy; enter the data

shipments; choose the payment method and confirm the order.

The order confirmation has the value of a contractual proposal and the customer acknowledges and declares the

having read and fully accepted the General Conditions in all their parts, of

privacy policy and any other information provided when ordering from the Site.

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by Encanto, which

will be communicated via order confirmation by e-mail.

The overall objective of the order confirmation email is to provide the list of

products purchased, order number, shipping costs and all other order information

Customer.

If the Customer finds errors and imperfections, he has 6 hours, through the appropriate channels

and identifiable on the site (email and telephone), to communicate it to Encanto. After 6 hours

the order will be processed and shipped.

Once the order has been received, Encanto will check the availability of the products ordered, in the case one or

the more products are unavailable, customer service will send communication via e-mail to

customer, who has 6 hours to confirm or cancel the order. In the case of confirmation of

order by the Customer, despite the products not being available, the amount corresponding to

the latter will be refunded via Paypal (the only refund method). Encanto informs

that the refund takes place only on your PayPal balance/account. After 6 hours

communication by Encanto of products not available to the Customer, and the latter

has not given confirmation or cancellation, Encanto will consider the order accepted by the party

of the Customer regarding the available products, which will be shipped on time

expected. The refund of the amount equal to the cost of the unavailable products will be made

via Paypal (see above).

Shipping prices are calculated directly during the order phase, on unquestionable criteria

established by Encanto, which are made known, accepted and confirmed during the order and purchase phase

by the customer; as well as disclosed in the order confirmation email.

As things stand, payment is made via PayPal, Satispay and any other card

credit/debit. Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the Paypal website

on the platform where you enter your credit/debit card details.
